Position Summary
Are you an experienced sales professional with a knack for data analysis? Do you have a passion for people and sales leadership? If so, we’ve been looking for you!
As the Brinton Vision VP of Sales, you will manage and optimize all aspects of our sales program with a focus on providing top-notch customer service and effectively work in a educational, zero-pressure, patient-focused environment
What you’ll do…
- Manage overall sales process and provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
- Work with our team members, 1-on-1, in small groups, and in larger meetings, to train them in the art of patient-focused, educational sales
- Work with our team members to set and achieve goals connected to patient satisfaction and outcomes
- Actively gather, analyze, and present data to drive decision making across the business

- You are a people leader with a proven track record of successful sales management
- You have worked with and trained junior sales professionals throughout your career
- You are passionate about and experienced in using data analysis to make management decisions

- We prefer candidates with no previous medical office experience
