Position Summary
The marketing department serves a critical role at Brinton Vision: spreading the word to new customers; educating them on the benefits of clear, lens-free eyesight; and guiding them through their patient journey from research about LASIK and our practice to booking a consultation online at brintonvision.com/schedule. The marketing team, much like the rest of the company, enjoys a fast-paced and data-driven work environment.
The social media / marketing associate oversees all social media accounts – Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, as well as publishing dashboards. Manage all promotions and advertisements. Review analytics to assess success and recommend improvements for future ads. Develop strategies to increase followership and engagement. Because the needs of the team are broad, it’s unlikely that a candidate will come in with all of the required experience. Ability to learn on the job is critical, as is the ability to communicate with non-technical team members and find marketing and digital solutions that work best in a particular context.
What you will do…
- Oversee all social media accounts – Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, as well as publishing dashboards.
- Create and update social media posting schedules, reply to comments from subscribers or liking tagged photos and coordinate with marketing team to determine how to market Brinton Vision and its services using social media
- Implementing, configuring, debugging, and documenting the setup of various digital marketing tools, including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.
- Optimizing web content for conversion rate and SEO
- Special projects, including small application development
