Marketing Director – Brinton Vision (St. Louis, MO)
Overview:
Brinton Vision is a St. Louis-based, world-class vision correction center, and we’re looking for a Marketing Director to lead our local and regional outreach efforts. This role will work closely with our team of consultants and creative staff to develop and implement marketing strategies that increase awareness, drive engagement, and attract patients across the greater St. Louis area.
We’re looking for someone who’s just as comfortable building paid campaigns and managing website updates as they are crafting messaging that resonates with our community.
What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with local and regional consultants to develop integrated marketing campaigns across digital, radio, and billboard channels.
Manage the creation and rollout of patient stories, blogs, and video content with our in-house videographer and writer.
Lead paid digital efforts including Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram advertising, optimizing performance and spend.
Update and manage the Brinton Vision website using WordPress and basic HTML, keeping content fresh and relevant.
Define success metrics and track performance against key KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Stay up to date on St. Louis market trends, patient behavior, and new opportunities for local engagement.
Help coordinate our community presence through events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
Ensure all content supports our mission to be St. Louis’s top destination for LASIK and vision correction.
Manage timelines, budgets, and projects independently while working collaboratively across departments.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (digital experience preferred).
Familiarity with St. Louis media and regional advertising opportunities.
Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, especially Google Ads and Facebook/Meta.
Strong understanding of both digital and traditional media (TV, print, radio, billboards).
Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, and SEO/SEM best practices.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage projects and priorities independently, while keeping collaboration and brand integrity top of mind.
