Position summary
Are you known as a fun, energetic, outgoing, people person? Do you naturally go out of your way to open a stranger’s door, say “hello,” “good morning,” “thank you,” or help someone carry their groceries? If so, we’ve been looking for you!
As a Vision Care Partners front desk / reception, you will ensure that each patient and guest receive the personal warmth and hospitality for which Vision Care Partners is known.
What you’ll do…
- You will get to know each patient and their guest on a personal level, helping them feel like family and making sure their in-office experience is smooth and comfortable
- You will maintain the highest quality of customer service in all patient interactions
- You will thrive in an environment where you serve, help, understand, and relate to other people
- You will help patients check in on social platforms & encourage them to post photos while in office on their pages.
