Position Summary
We’re looking for a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Associate to join our marketing team and help share the Brinton Vision story with the world. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring our online presence engages, informs, and inspires current and prospective patients.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
Develop, write, and publish compelling content across social media, email, website, and blog channels.
Assist in creating short-form videos, reels, and other multimedia assets.
Social Media Strategy & Execution
Manage daily posting, community engagement, and campaign tracking across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Monitor trends and adapt content strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
Website & SEO Support
Assist in updating website content, landing pages, and blog posts with SEO best practices.
Track and report on organic and paid search performance.
Advertising Campaign Support
Help develop and execute digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
Monitor KPIs, optimize targeting, and manage budgets under supervision.
Analytics & Reporting
Use Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tools to track performance.
Prepare regular reports and identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling tools.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design tools preferred.
Video editing experience (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.) a plus.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.
