Digital Marketing Associate
Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for developing engaging visual content that supports brand awareness, patient education, and lead generation. This position requires a blend of creative expertise in video production and graphic design, combined with an understanding of digital marketing principles.
Key Responsibilities
Video Production and Editing
- Shoot, edit, and produce video content for social media, website, YouTube, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan content, record interviews, and capture behind-the-scenes footage.
- Apply branded graphics, subtitles, and motion elements using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
Graphic Design
- Design branded assets for social media posts, blog content, digital ads, email marketing, and print collateral.
- Ensure all visual content adheres to established brand guidelines.
- Create assets for the website, including banners, illustrations, and infographics.
Digital Marketing Support
- Assist with content planning, scheduling, and posting across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Support email campaign design and delivery using tools like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or HubSpot.
- Help maintain performance tracking and reports for social and video campaigns.
Team Collaboration and Organization
- Manage digital assets and organize content libraries for efficient use across teams.
- Coordinate with third-party contractors, agencies, or freelance designers when needed.
- Stay informed of visual trends, emerging formats, and best practices in digital marketing.
Skills/requirements:
- BS or MS degree
- Digital agency experience desired
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Demonstrated experience with video editing, including basic audio and color correction.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in WordPress to help maintain our website; basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Ability to handle budget management and pay per click advertising
- Knowledge of organic search, paid search, remarketing, social media, email and other acquisition channels and how to influence the effectiveness of each
- Experience with Google Analytics platform
- Possess good understanding of web analytics and web design
- Excellent communication skills
