Position Duties:
- Organize, maintain, and manage financial records
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements
- Ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner
- Manage staff payroll and patient payment processes
- Work with our outside accounting firm to file taxes
- Prepare and send invoices and other financial information to patients
- Manage human resources including employee onboarding, compensation, benefits, etc.
Skills/requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree and two years’ minimum accounting experience
- HR experience preferred
- Experience with Quickbooks
- Ability to be a self-starter and make decisions on your own
- Attention to detail and deadline-oriented
- Ability to stay organized in busy situations and adapt to new situations
- Brings a consistently positive attitude to share with colleagues
- A demonstrated record of loyalty and confidentiality in financial and HR matters
- Sense of humor: we like to have fun while we work hard
